links to a portion of Judy's postcard collection that I spent many hours (days,
weeks,…) scanning.
Judith
Agnes Rupinski, 77, who lived in the family home in
Pittsfield since 1944, died Thursday, February 14, 2019, at Baystate
Medical Center.
Born
in Pittsfield on June 6, 1941, the daughter of Thaddeus "Ted" and
Evelyn Tremblay Rupinski, she was a 1959 graduate of
St. Joseph Central High School and a 1963 graduate of Trinity College where she
earned a bachelor of arts degree.
Miss
Rupinski was employed by the Pittsfield Public
Schools where most of her career was as a science teacher at Taconic High
School. She retired in 1994 with 31 years of service.
Judy
loved antiques and had a collection of more than 300 horse figurines. She
especially enjoyed going to antique shows featuring ephemera-paper post cards.
Postcards and photos copied from online Ebay auctions over the years. Not all Berkshires related.
